This type of equipment can produce various specifications of syringes, including central-nozzle , ex-centarl nozzle, 3-part and 2-part syringes. It is controlled by calculator touchscreen, can detect without silicone spray and plugging needle, can stop automaticlly while lack of raw materials, begin while adequate raw materials, thus, improve the production efficiency and quality greatly.

Governor system adopts Japan's Mitsubishi converter; Control system adopts calculator touchscreen.

Service Commitment

We provide the service after building a factory by providing the production related material,such as production spare part, packing material, raw material and so on. We also provide technical support when it is necessary, solve the problems during production, give suggestion for production more effective products and marketing. The warranty period (free maintenance ) is one year, in the first year, all the problems caused by the machine itself (not human being mistake and force majeure), we will replace the part free of charge, you should only cover the cost of the engineers out of China. And the rest of the years, we keep maintenance with only the cost of changed part and engineers. The details will be made by the agreement.
