1 or 2 persons working at the feeding  section;
1 person takes care of the pellet machine and watches the control panel
1 person works at the packing section;

5) This Cattle Poultry Feed Plant can make different kind of animal feed pellets, not only the chicken feed, but also the cattle feed, sheep feed and other kind of pellet feed or powder feed.

Crushing section from 101-107
Capacity: 5-7 T/H, Siemens motor and SKF bearings.
Specially designed small capacity hammer mill. Used in the small capacity poultry feed production line, the capacity is with 3mm screen, which means the final powder size is 3mm.pelle
♦ It can be fixed on the mixer;
♦ Connected with one screw convery, to crush the grains, like maize, corn, wheat, barley etc.

Mixing section from 201-208
Capaity: 500kg/h, Siemens motor and SKF bearings.

High uniform, patent the blade design enhanced material flow,shear, and high mixing uniformity.

Pellet & Cooling section 301-309
Capacity: 3-5 T/H, Siemens motor and SKF bearings. Gear Transmission. It can make pellet size from 1.5mm-8.0mm.
High efficiency reach 98%-99%, Long lifetime; high stability, high reliability


Screening& packing section  401-404 and Electronic cabinet system
This machine is used to selected the qualified pellets. It has three outlets. The qualified pellets will flow to the packing, smaller pellets will be sent to remake pellets, bigger pellets will be sent for rebreaking.
