Our factory is located in Shanghai, China. We Purchased 6  advanced production lines from Canada and German:
 
We mainly produce rigid and soft forming film for producing tray or box. And we also produce soft film for sealing with tray/box as lidding film( Easy peel and not easy peel) The material including Nylon,PP,PE,EVOH,PET as customer's request.

If you have any sample, There's one lab  in our factory, for testing sample's material, tensile, water vapour transmission, oxygen transmission and thickness analysis.  Then quote you exact price and supply sample for you.


What we're doing  to control and keep stable quality:
(1) Adopt advanced production line from W & H;
(2) One lab with many testing machine;
(3) Use Material from Famous supplier, Such as DSM,DOW,KURARAY,etc.
(4) Stable technical team with rich experience based on good welfare system.( Including research & development, Operator, Quality Control,Repair)
(5) Quality inspection system: Material Inspection--Process Inspection (including Feed, Casting/Blow, Slitting)--Pre-delivery Inspection (Packaging)
(6) There's one meeting  about quality every Monday morning. Extra urgently meeting for extra problem when we encouter.
 
After-sales service:
(1) Help clients arrange shipping, documents and meet other requirements.
(2) Focus on valuable news in client's market and give suggestion.
(3) Reply client's complaint in the first time. 24-48 hours analysize problem and give solutions. (Not including transportation time).
 If the problem caused by us. We'll compensate for corresponding goods value, shipping fee, importing tax and warehouse charges,etc.
