Introduction
JuLong weed harvester is used for collecting the floating trash, aquatic weed in reservoirs, rivers and lakes. The machine is designed for easy operation, high efficiency, stable performance. All the collecting, conveying, draining, stocking and transporting movement can be completed by one man via controlling the buttons and swifts on the control desk. The work efficiency of the machine is thirty times as much as people cleaning.
The weed harvester is controlled by hydraulic system and all the hydraulic parts have high quality sealing effect to make sure that all the working processes completely satisfy the environment protection requests without oil leakage and noise.
In the course of technical designing, we have considered special requirements for local tropical climate conditions such as meteorological and waters distributing state etc.
Its hull consists two side pontoons. All the other equipment, including operation room, conveyor belting cabin, engine, are fixed by bolts. It is to be easy to dismantle for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.
The propelling system is paddle wheel which can make the machine turn around in very small place. Also, with paddle wheel instead of propeller, the machine can not be entangled by fishing net or other floating things
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, switches, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only one operator can control all the machine in the operation room.
The machine is painted by 4 layers of marine epoxy paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function
