Production line is mainly used in the production base of Polyolefin single wing labyrinth water conveying belt on a turbulent flow, the widely used drip, shed along the crop plant line laid, fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and other crops irrigation. Technical features:
1. The production line adopts high efficiency extruder, rapid in net, screw blowing head.
2. The special design of vacuum suction plastic composite forming die, ensure the accuracy of the maze and composite strength.
3. Unique mesurement device and scale huff, ensure the accuracy of products.
4. The extruder and hual off adopt ac frequency conversion control technology, easy to adjust.
5. Adjust the temperature by temperature control meter to realize PID control
