Product Description

1. The bright tank is equipped with lifting ears, which is convenient for hoisting equipment in place.

2. With a rotating elbow and racking tam for beer delivery, it is convenient and flexible to deliver beer.

3. An elliptical guard plate is added at the junction of the outriggers and the lower cone refrigerant inlet pipe and the lower cone outsourcing to ensure more precise machining accuracy.

4. All tanks are equipped with adjusting bolts to ensure the tanks are aligned and leveled.

5. The clamp is installed at the connection between the material port and the bottom of the tank, which can be rotated at will, which is convenient for customers to operate.

6. Outsourcing of the bottom of the Bright tank is made of finished products to ensure that the tank body has a beautiful appearance, strong and durable.

7. All bright tanks are equipped with carbon stones for CO2.

8. Uses a shadowless manway, which is easy to clean. The top manhole can be designed according to the customer’s fermentation process and brewing beer.

9. The headspace is large, the total volume does not include the volume of the top head.

10. The cooling jackets are designed on both top of the cone and the bottom of the cylinder, and the cooling area is large enough.

11. Equipped with a safety device, positive and negative pressure opening function.

12. The 60-degree cone angle is convenient for yeast excretion.

Packaging & Shipping

FCL shipping

1. All piping mark numbers before shipping. Meanwhile, In order to help customers to install easily, we will provide a whole process piping installation diagram as per the installation sequence. 

2. All the accessorizes for brewhouse and fermenting will be counted and packed separately.  

3. Each of our ports will have a lid in case the dust goes inside during shipping. For packing, the stand tank will be fully packed in case of any salt corrosion on the sea, for horizontal tanks, tanks will be packed by a steel frame on the skid and the legs will be fixed by a thread in case of any moving during transportation

How does Micet do quality control?

Micet will have at least 4 times inspections for each order, including materials come inspection, production process control, finished production inspection, and full line testing and inspection before shipping to ensure the final product will meet the client's requirements.

How to choose brewhouse equipment?

Brewhouse system selection for purchasing beer equipment there are about basically four types including 2 vessel brewhouse, 3 vessel brewhouse, and 4 vessel brewhouse. The combination type can be chosen depending on the client's budget, space size, local brewing process. We will also recommend according to old clients' experiences and different country brewing features.

How long is the delivery time?

1. The manufacturing time is 40 working days and will be enforced as soon as receiving the deposit. 

2. The technical files (layout, drawings, etc) confirmation time shall not be included in the manufacturing time.

What is your payment term?

1. T/T transfer, 40% advance payment for start production, after paying 60% balance payment for shipping. 

2. Paypal or trade assurance is available.

What is your warranty term?

Main machine guarantee for three years we'll provide free repairing. If anywhere goes wrong during. During this period accessories and electronic components will have a one-year free warranty. Anything is broken during the warranty. The replacements will be sent immediately and get within. Provide daily maintenance and technical services.
